1. Agreement

By using ThirdBrainLab, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Service and Accounts

You are responsible for account security, user access in your workspace, and activities performed with your credentials and tokens.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse platform resources, interfere with system integrity, or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.

4. Billing and Subscription

Paid features may be subject to plan limits and subscription terms shown in-product. If plan limits are reached, certain actions may be restricted until limits are lowered or your plan is upgraded.

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your content. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in the DPA/GDPR terms.

6. Intellectual Property

ThirdBrainLab and its software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

7. Availability and Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThirdBrainLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect platform security and integrity.
